The Role:

  •  Attend to Revenue Cycle Management business operations (Collections & Denial Management) of     assigned clients
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (mainly productivity and quality) related to service delivery
  • Keep up in a fast-paced "learn-and-grow" environment
  • Abide by all compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Uphold the company’s values and enrich the culture


The Person

  •  Excellent command of English language (both spoken and written)
  • A degree from a recognized University in any stream or an equivalent professional qualification
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, MS Office, and Tech Savvy
  • Fast learner with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work according to the US business hours and calendar (7 PM to 4 AM Sri Lankan time)
  • Prior working experience in the RCM industry would be an added advantage
